We all wish we had more time in each day to do the things we love (or simply need to do). We offer flexible work hours wherever possible and work from home arrangements that provide increased opportunities for healthy choices relating to physical health, mental health and family balance. Want a late start when the surf’s up? Want time off for the midday school recital? Want an early finish to get to the gym? No problem.

Rewarding and appropriately compensating our team for their valuable time and effort is a priority of ours. We stay ahead of the game in terms of remuneration and provide attractive packages to our talented people including additional incentives and bonuses. You get paid for every minute you work and even for a portion of your daily commute.

We want you to grow. We have a long-term focus and offer personalised training based on scheduled catch-ups and consultation. All team members participate in internal workshops across a range of topics including cadastral boundaries, titling, search, 3D laser scanning and modelling, LiDAR, sonar, construction methods, CAD processing and drafting, marketing, communication and management skills. All team members have access to our Registered Surveyors and senior team members for support. Our career development sessions help you set clearly defined goals for the short and long term.

It’s a big commitment to tackle registration, but you’re not alone. We offer a clear path to registration for all our Candidate Surveyors. We provide significant pay increases with the completion of each exam/assessment. We pay your BOSSI fees for ongoing membership and pay for each exam/assessment. We regularly undertake real life projects suitable for each cadastral exam/assessment so you don’t need to make one up. We provide access to and designated time with our Registered Surveyors as needed. We commit to helping you achieve registration in an agreed timeframe.

Don’t burn the candle at both ends. All team members that are actively engaged in study, be it BOSSI registration or University, are offered a structured set of paid study days each year to assist with the burden of studying while working full time.

Don’t work for the dinosaurs. We are proud of our modern office set up with the option of open plan or quiet spaces, sit or stand-up desks and break out areas. We have a ‘paperless’ workplace and a commitment to discovering emerging technologies to continually improve our processes. We use the latest technology Total Stations, 3D Laser Scanners, GNSS RTK Rovers, Precise Levels, Hydrographic Echo Sounders, etc. We provide fully maintained recent model dual cab utes and work on the latest subscription surveying and support software.

Go team! We coordinate regular events for team members to attend or participate in with the aim of having fun and enjoying each other’s company outside of a work setting. From our annual private harbour cruise to golf days, go-karting, tennis, professional sporting events, industry events, dinner/drinks or a simple office BBQ, our team enjoy the opportunity for a good chat about life outside of work.

The world is your oyster (or at least NSW and South-East Queensland). Our offices in Sydney, Northern Rivers and the Gold Coast allow the opportunity for interested team members to travel to those destinations (and beyond) as each relevant project allows.

We care about our communities. We give time back to the surveying industry where possible and our leadership team often present at industry seminars and events. We donate our time to the local communities in which we work where opportunities arise. Each year we donate a fixed percentage of profit to charities selected by team members.
