SurveyPlus needed to work with multiple parties, to provide detailed information for an engineering design resulting in a successful Development Application. The subdivision and road layout design needed to satisfy multiple parties’ – the client, community and Council – demands with the planning and DA approval process to be completed in a tight timeframe while meeting regulations.

  • Preparation of Statement of Environmental Effects and coordination of planning approval process
  • Preparation of final Subdivision Layout plan to accompany Development Application
  • Civil and cadastral survey set-out during site works
  • Preparation of Deposited Plan, Administration Sheet and 88b instrument for LPI registration
  • Final survey and WAE plan preparation for certifier/Council approval
  • Submission of Subdivision Certificate for final signatures and release for registration.
