Provide complete survey services for 1 into 23 lot residential subdivision. Provisions to be made for 32 dwellings including dedication of public road.

SurveyPlus needed to work with multiple parties, to provide detailed information for a subdivision layout and engineering design resulting in a successful Development Application. The difficult topography and drainage flow of this site meant that development needed to be strategically considered. The design needed to satisfy multiple parties’ demands with the planning and DA approval process to be completed in a tight timeframe and while meeting regulations.
