Provide complete survey services for 3 into 60 lot residential subdivision. Provisions to be made for 82 dwellings including 5 integrated small lot dwellings, road, and public open space and regional on site detention basin purposes.

SurveyPlus needed to work with multiple parties, to provide detailed information for an engineering design resulting in a successful Development Application. The subdivision and road layout design needed to satisfy multiple parties’ – the client, community and Council – demands with the planning and DA approval process to be completed in a tight timeframe and while meeting regulations.
